Meet the illustrator & her cat
Hi there! I’m Hayley, this is Sebastian, and he would like me to explain why you should book me for your wedding/event. Honestly, it's 100% because he has expensive taste and I am his devoted slave.
Girl upon Tyne illustration was born through a personal challenge to be able to 'urban sketch' people at speed, and quickly became a live illustration studio based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, working events all over the beautiful North East and Yorkshire.
When you book me, you'll get an illustrator with decades of experience, who will go above and beyond to give a seamless and positive experience for both you and your guests. I'll support you in any way I can and am always available for any questions or even if you just want to check in and say hi.
I believe in strong communication, will always return any messages quickly and am happy to pop a phone call in the diary to clarify any points, answer questions and have a chat about your plans. I want to know about the dress, the décor and anything exciting as well as tailoring the perfect package for you.
In addition, I will take plenty of photographs of the day's details and my assistant will also be on hand on the day to help with any queries and to keep things running without a hitch. I'll edit and send you any photographs that I think you would like after the day as a bonus gift (hopefully to see you through until you get the official photos)
In case you’re wondering, yes! I also paint wedding doggos (they are after all, the most important guest) and offer several add on extras in case you want illustrations, such as the cake, bouquet or other smaller details.

I'm a lover of all animals. Like seriously, one day I will meet my maker because I thought the tiger looked like it wanted a hug!
My dream is to own a camper van and take the cat on epic adventures.
